Presentation Learning Objectives:

  1. First objective: Describe who Children’s Hunger Alliance is and the population it serves in Ohio.

  2. Second objective: Identify the key programs and services offered by Children’s Hunger Alliance to address food insecurity.

  3. Third objective: Explain the role of the dietitian at Children’s Hunger Alliance and how this role supports program quality, nutrition education and child health.

Speaker:  

Molly Kaiser is a registered dietitian who helps kids and families build healthy habits through her work at Children’s Hunger Alliance. Molly leads fun, hands on nutrition programs in schools and childcare centers and supports daycare providers in creating healthier menus and environments. She’s passionate about making nutrition simple, fun, and accessible for every child. Molly has been at CHA for 7 years, is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and completed her internship at North Oaks Medical Center in Louisianna.

Cost:

Free for GCDA members, $10 for non-GCDA Members, and $5 for non-GCDA Member Students
