Michelle Kozeniecki, MS, RD, CD, CNSC

Michelle is the Lead Clinical Dietitian at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has over 10 years' experience in critical care nutrition, providing exceptional care to patients in the medical ICU and transplant ICU, precepting dietetic interns, and teaching clinical nutrition to medical students, medical residents, pharmacists, and critical care fellows. Her main research interests revolve around the safety and tolerability of enteral nutrition in the unstable critically ill patient and she has published over a dozen articles in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to her clinical roles, Michelle has been an NFPE trainer with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since 2015, she is past president of the Wisconsin Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, and is an adjunct instructor for the graduate program in dietetics at Mount Mary University. She has received several awards including the 2016 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award (WAND) and the 2020 Distinguished Nutrition Support Dietitian for Advanced Clinical Practice Award (ASPEN).

Bridget Wojciak, RDN, LD

Bridget is a graduate of Ohio State University’s Medical Dietetics program. She kicked off her career in high acuity long term care/skilled rehabilitation, learning the value of building trust and rapport with patients and the significance of preventative nutrition. Bridget brought these values to her role as an in-store dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy within the aisles of Kroger. In her current role as Director of Nutrition for The Kroger Co. she continues to elevate a dedication, educated, and personalized approach to eating and enjoying food to help people live healthier lives.

She serves as the nutrition subject matter expert for OptUP, a food scoring app to simplify healthier shopping, and manages the company’s registered dietitian team, providing national Telenutrition services. She is a writer for The Upside Blog and has been featured across Kroger's social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. In 2018 Bridget received the Supermarket Dietitian of the Year award from the Produce for Better Health Foundation and in 2019 she was honored to receive the Recognized Young Dietitian Award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
