Help us kick off the 2020-2021 membership year by getting to know your GCDA Board and fellow members in a virtual setting and by learning all things charcuterie and having the option to enjoy some local cheese! 

All RD's, DTR's, and students are welcome.

You do not need to be a GCDA member to attend this event!

We look forward to seeing you (virtually)! 

Cost for event: Virtual event is FREE for members!

Non-members: $5 fee for virtual event.

Cost for cheese and/or wine kit:

  • $15 The Tasting Kit includes:
    • Prairie Breeze by Milton Creamery | cheddar
    • Sofia by Capriole Creamery | goat
    • Pickled item

    • Fresh and dried fruit

    • Pistachios

    • Local jam by Prospect Jam

    • Prosciutto di Parma, 24 mo

    • Salame Piccante by Smoking Goose 

    • Want to purchase additional Tasting Kits? You will have the opportunity to purchase additional kits during the registration process.

  • $36 The Wine Kit includes:
    • All items in the tasting kit + two bottles of wine (one red + one white):
    • Choices of wine:
      • Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc 2019 | Loire, France | Sauvignon Blanc
      • La Bernarde Cotes de Provence Provence Rouge 2018 | Provence, France | Syrah + Cab Sauv + Grenache
    • Ordered kits are pick-up only. Pick-up times include Sunday 9/20 (10 am - 6pm), Monday 9/21 (5:00 - 7:00 pm), Tuesday 9/22 ( 10:00 am - 5:00 pm).
